I went to Harold’s Automotive on Monday with my engine light on and was pleased they were able to solve that problem for me. As they were doing an inspection on other things on my car that need attention; they found my right side worn out ball joint; and my back struts when figured the numbers and I said go ahead and do the work. My 1st time going to Harold’s automotive. I liked the service, professional & the communication skills with all who work there. Great place to get your car fixed.

I scheduled an oil change and wheel alignment here after being referred to by Costco after getting my new tires. During the services they do a multipoint inspection on your car letting you know how things are looking, what might need replaced soon which was awesome. They are so reasonable with pricing and honest with everything. I scheduled further maintenance on my car from their recommendations due to how great my service the first time around was. Highly recommend! Already told friends about this place!

According to Crain's Business, Herold Family Auto & Tire in Parma (formerly Herold’s Auto Company) was acquired by GreatWater Garages, now GreatWater 360 Auto Care, in June 2023. WARNING! The new employee who claimed to have only worked there “two months” LIED! I strongly dislike dishonest people, especially when they lie directly to my face on 03/19/26. He was not providing accurate information about my vehicle's repairs. I had a list on my iPhone detailing all car repairs. I do not need new brakes — they are under warranty. It literally was serviced Jan 2025. That’s when I noticed he wore a shirt with the same logo as some other employees. When I asked why he was wearing a different logo than Harold’s, he initially denied it, claiming the logo “didn't mean anything.” 🤦🏼‍♀️ He then said Harold’s “is still a family business,” and when I questioned the logo, he replied, “they’re just using Great Water to help with staffing.” Stop lying!! 🙄 In hindsight, I should have trusted recent negative Google reviews indicating this place scams people! I wouldn’t mind if the company changed ownership, but lying about whether my car's repairs were under warranty and about the logo's meanin
